John W. Osborn, Principal


John has been in the financial services industry for 40+ years. John has spent 25 years as an agency Investment Specialist for three major insurance companies (New England, Guardian and MassMutual), and in each case growing them from start-ups to national leaders. Occasionally, having over 100 registered representatives under his supervision. In 2011, John was one of the founding partners of Houston Capital Partners. He is also one of the founding partners of The Pension Professionals, a pension consulting firm, established 27 years ago. His designations include a PhD (Business Administration), CFP® (Certified Financial Professional), CFS (Certified Funds Specialist), ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant), BCS (Board Certified in Securities), and an AIF (Accredited Investment Fiduciary). He also holds the Series 7 and 24 securities licenses. Additionally, John is a guest lecturer and a member of the MS in Finance Wealth Advisory Board at the University of Houston.
